Allow Shortcuts to be reordered

Please allow the shortcuts of both the notes and tasks to be reorganized in different orders by dragging and dropping on the sidebar. In order to have a task manager properly address real time projects is the ability to organize by importance and urgency your overall project list. Having to unstar and then restar a shortcut list to reorganize the shortcuts is rather cumbersome.
