Sync between note title and backlinks to it

After creating a note and, an eventual links to it, if the user changes the note's title after the links were created, those links (titles) are not updated accordingly.

This ends up being confusing since, if the user clicks a link, the note that is opened will have a different title (maybe, a completely different one).

Another use case: apparently the Pro+ funcionallity of generating TOCs is also affected by this. As mentioned here: https://www.amplenote.com/help/table_of_contents#_Table_of_Contents, you have to regenerate them in case of header changes which are part of links).
