Seeing the cover for the "Five Minute Journal" just gave me goosebumps 👀 that was thee book (just over 9 years ago now) that completely changed how I live my life, got me into journaling, and eventually led me here to Amplenote!

I haven't seen the book since back then, so this is a well-needed, patiently-awaited merge! 🧠

Hi Bill - I’m a new user to Amplenote and I’m getting my head around the jots vs notes etc but I think this plugin and the way it collates the learnings is excellent.

One question - the pop-up day rating is great, but would that work better as an end of day function in a separate plugin/note? At the moment it pops up in the morning and asks to rate the day.

I am along with the person above: Is the rating the only part of the journal that is done in the evening? I am confused about how to work this into a routine. Do I type into the questionnaire twice during the day? The pop up only occurs when I first run the process.
