After a lot of R&D finally found the perfect note-taking app!!!
I personally believe in a minimalist setup and configuration, somewhere a sweet-spot lies between Google Keep and Notion (big brother, Evernote, got corrupted by capitalism).
Also I have experienced that too much complexities usually makes the phone app suffer and a lot of note-taking is done through phones. So a hasssle-free quick note-taking from the phone app is paramount for any note-taking app (where Notion suffers immensely). Also I like the opinionated approach of AN (Jots > Notes > Tasks > Calendar) very helpful and relieves the user from any further customised approach. I am a big believer of markdown files to store the notes and thankfully Amplenote does that (DNA of Obsidian). I am an Evernote, Notion, Microsoft OneNote, Obsidian, Google Keep migrant and finally found a refuge here in Amplenote.
