Thank you for developing the plugin. I just used it and imported 275 Omnivore records. I see that only summary of each record is imported into Amplenote. Is it possible to import the entire record from Omnivore?
Hey,
Currently the plugin imports summery and highlights from each record. By "entire record", do you mean you want to import the entire article / web cliping contents into amplenote
Update: New option added to sync article contents as well (needs to be toggled from settings)
Hello Debanjan, thank you for developing this. I've noticed that it imports the highlights but not my notes on those highlights. I don't want the full content of the article as the previous user asked, but just my notes on the highlights. Is this possible?
Hi Debanjan, (continued from previous post...)
I have almost 4000 library items in Omnivore (many years).
I have restarted the sync many, many times, but only synced ~ 200 items into Amplenote.
The sync is interrupted after 60 to 65 seconds every time, with "Error encountered: undefined"
The Amplenote Omnivore Dashboard note is blank and none of the new synced notes have any #tags.
Thank you
Hi Debanjan,
I updated the plugin.
Tried to sync. Operation completed. No more error message.
Upon completion message reads: Amplenote Omnivore Sync. Blue button: DONE. However, there is no "Syncing Complete" message next to the DONE button.
The Omnivore Library Dashboard note remains blank. And none of the notes have a #omnivore tag.
Thank you.
Hi Joshua,
> IT WORKED!
Glad to know the fixes worked.
> Is this plugin meant to be a one-way sync from Omnivore to Amplenote or will edits made in Amplenote be pushed to Omnivore too?
It is meant to be a one-way sync from Omnivore to Amplenote. Omnivore doesn't expose enough apis to implement a two-way sync atm.

Hey Pablo,
I have updated the plugin with the ability to sync user highlight annotations from omnivore.
Hello Debanjan,
I'm excited about this new plugin.
However, while trying to sync, I get this error message: Error encountered: undefined
Thank you

Hi Joshua,
I have deployed a fix for the above issue. Could you update the plugin and try again?
Hello Debanjar,
IT WORKED!
Thank you so much.
I appreciate you working on this.
Is this plugin meant to be a one-way sync from Omnivore to Amplenote or will edits made in Amplenote be pushed to Omnivore too?
