Living life in the present is a really important goal for me as well. I would like to attempt numbers 1 and 3. Numbers 2 and 4 would be too much for me. :)
This goal is associated with the accountability topic: "Stress Management"
Goal for 2025: reduce stress by living life more present, less distracted.
My goal boils down to doing at least one of the following, every day:
an action, take a two-minute pause to close your eyes, do conscious deep breathing, process what you just did and think what you are about to do next. Simple, but better than nothing.
I might increase my goal threshold to 2 of the techniques per day with time.

Remembering to be mindful every day is the tricky bit. Might start resorting to reminders on my watch or similar things. But for now, I consider the healthy mix of mindfulness and journaling last week to be satisfactory. Anyone else?
Checking back in to claim my 25 coins and to mention that journaling ~twice a day even just factually enumerating stuff helps a lot with keeping a clean and calm mind throughout the day!
