One of my goals for 2025 is to be more consistent when going to the gym. In 2024, I didn't have a way to quantify how many times I worked out, but I know that I had quite a few weeks where I only went 1x or didn't even go at all (the reason? Didn't feel like going).
For 2025, I want to get at least 100 workouts total, and to go to the gym at least 2x per week (unless I can't due to health issues or specific events, but for specific events I should go on another day of the week). I'll also keep some metrics in place, such as:
I also want to do a cardio workout once a week to lose weight and abdominal fat, so it will count as a workout (with sets and reps done, too).
I only went to the gym 3 times last week, but it already accomplishes the task, so I guess that's fine.
