This week I did 2 weight lifting sessions, and I plan to do another weight lifting session tomorrow. I kind of want to do a cardio session today, but I'm afraid that I'll be too tired today lol.
I also changed my weight lifting routine this week. Before I used to do full body workouts (1 exercise for each muscle group), but now I want to work out 2 muscle groups per session (so 3 exercises per muscle group) to see if this helps my muscles to grow.
Had a good week, checking in to say that I hit 3x mobility goals and a rather big hike/climb during the weekend that took something close to 6 hours. This week will be more about weight-lifting.
Had 3 weight-lifting mornings (albeit a lazy weekend). Marking as complete.

I hit 2x weight lifting exercises this week and did about an hour total of cardio. I normally do some stretch exercises for 5-10 every day, so maybe that counts?
Started a new training regime this week, so now it feels harder to complete lol.
2x climbing and 3x strength. Not a bad week.
2x strength and 1x cardio. Could be worse, but could also be better.
2x strength and 2x climbing, but I should probably rework the days in which these happen because there is not enough rest time in between.
I did weightlifting 3x this week. I'm still lifting the same amount of weights as last week, though
