I might end up modifying this with time, but for now, my goals for early 2025 are as follows:

Hit 3 exercise goals every week, where each goal can be one of the following:

  1. One hour mobility/stretching
  2. One hour weight-lifting
  3. One hour climbing/surfing/other sports
  4. 15-minutes intense cardio or 1-hour walking
