My goal is to reduce time spent on my phone, more precisely on social media, and more precisely on algorithm-powered

type content. Measures I've taken: removed Instagram and all other dangerous

Great success! With Instagram now deleted from my phone, I have 80% less entertainment ergo 80% less incentive to pick up my phone absent-mindedly. Given a few more weeks like this, I might look into increasing the difficulty.
