I use Pomodone to track work sprints
I use Logwork to keep me honest
And I use an Agenda (the calendar + tasks) in Amplenote (what do I aspire to do today?), coupled with a Daily Log (what am I actually doing today?). You would be surprised as to how many times those two don't match.

I have worked in the film industry as a producer and production manager.
Bought and sold a house with a home theater that I built myself.

I would like to be a black belt in getting things done and achieving a "mind like water" state.
