I'd like to collaborate in some project about strength training.
About 30 notes and 20 tasks. For now.
1. I drink at least 600ml of water in fasting, right after i woke up;
2. I put my smartphone outside of my bedroom: the last thing I want to see before sleeping is some screen or any artificial light;
3. I try to do the hardest task of the day as soon as I can, ideally like the first task of the day (Eat the Frog);
1. My ADHD diagnosys;
2. Search for the right notes-app for me (Amplenote!);
3. working on that...
I'm working to be an excelence trainer.
I live in Penedo, Itatiaia, Brasil but i'd like to visit Italy.

I have ADHD, i barely know what's going on around me; it's better Amplenote help me on that. Really, i'm desperate.
