Audio memo / note capture and transcription

Capturing voice memos is extremely helpful and a highly used method of note taking. This has been true for a long time and the Amplenote public feature voting has it listed as a request with over 100 upvotes for some time now. In the last few years, audio not capture and transcription has become commonplace in many note taking apps. Though the implementation of it may vary, it's obviously a highly used feature.

I believe this is highly needed functionality in Amplenote as a core part of the app.

Examples of great implementation: Reflect, Tana

Use case examples include any situation in which speaking is easier than typing. Specifically:

1) The capture of thoughts and ideas when away from a keyboard in a way that does not require thumb typing and/ or, capturing with another app and then sharing it with Amplenote. Additional steps to capture ideas fully results in lost ideas.

2) The capture of conversations. It is not required to give users polished transcription, the simple capture of the text in a user's note taking app is extremely helpful.

I would highly appreciate having this functionality in Amplenote.
