Improve supporter voting

One or both of the following would vastly improve the supporter voting experience. It is difficult to find new suggestions, and it's nearly impossible to see if there is a corresponding user suggestion.

1. Migrate supporter voting to Feature Upvote. At the very least, add more ways to sort and a search function.
2. Merge supporter voting with user suggestions, somehow denoting that a suggestion/comments came from a supporter and give upvotes more weight.
